The 8-person water villas in Friesland feature 4 bedrooms and offer a generous floor area of around 155 m². On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with bath or sauna, ideal for comfort and convenience.

Thanks to the many windows throughout the house, you can enjoy beautiful unobstructed views over the water. Some villas even have their own sloop on the jetty. No boat? No problem! Through Aan het Water you can easily rent a boat for your stay.

Its location makes it extra special. Heeg is the perfect base from which to discover Friesland. Sail onto the Heegermeer, with the Fluessen, the Slotermeer, Sneekermeer, Tjeukemeer, the Langweerder Wielen and even the IJsselmeer within reach. It's also easy to get there by car: Sneek, Joure, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen are all a short distance away.

Weisleat

The Weisleat, the picturesque lake on which the villas of Wetterhaghe are located, is also called a ‘poel’ in Frisian. It is a calm water surrounded by green meadows, reed beds and small salt marshes.

In summer, it is the perfect place for all kinds of water sports; in winter, it turns into a popular skating location. Its location is ideal: on the west side, the pond is connected to the Idzegaasterpoel, from where you can sail on to the Oudegaaster Brekken and Heegermeer via a beautiful canoe route.

On the east side, a narrow canal runs towards the centre of Heeg. And on the north side, you can reach the Rintjepoel via the Wegsloot, through a narrow passage. A special place where nature, peace and water fun come together.
